Gisela May A. Albano is the Dean of the College of Computer and Information Sciences of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. She has a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of St. Tomas who ventured in Information Technology and obtained a Master in Information Technology degree from the PUP Graduate School. She recently defended her Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management at St. Jude College.
