Michael Auslin is currently a Resident Scholar and Director of Japanese Studies at the American Enterprise Institute, which is a think tank located in Washington, D.C. He is also a columnist on current Asian affairs for the Wall Street Journal. From 2000 to 2007 Auslin taught at Yale University as an Associate Professor.
