Mr. Sangbaek Lee is the Assistant Country Director of KOICA (Korea International Agency) Philippine office. He has currently responsible for the community development and is in charge of KOV (Korea Overseas Volunteer) programs in Philippine. Since he joined KOICA in 2006, he has been appointed as the Country Director of KOICA Palestine office for period of 2011-2013 and the Deputy Director of Strategy & Planning Team and Innovative Partnership Team at the HQ of KOICA during 2014~2016. He studied political science & diplomacy at the Chung-Ang University and got a Master degree at the NGO Studies in Kyung-Hee University in Korea.
