Youth in Nepal were inspired to expand their capacity as peacebuilding leaders while attending a Moral and Innovative Leadership Workshop hosted by Global Peace Foundation (GPF) Nepal to learn the core values of leadership and become changemakers in their communities. The participants gained self-awareness of their leadership capability and learned valuable skills for leadership through activities and training sessions.

Rupsi Parajuli, Nepal’s President of International Youth Alliance for Peace, facilitated training on Building Negotiation Skills in Leadership. Sijal Pokharel, a finalist in the South Asian Debate Competition, led the training on Public Speaking. A participant in the workshop, Bikash Joshi said, “I got to know my core values which will guide me towards my goal. I also got to learn various things from my fellow participants. I would like to thank Global Peace Nepal for giving such a valuable platform for the youth.”
