Tanzania Youth Engage in Dialogue on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

September 27th, TANZANIA—Continuing on the momentum built in August when two young Tanzanian students sharing their passion for the One Korea Global Campaign resulted in  a partnership with Dr. Sufian Robert, the Director of the Center for Korean studies at the university, Global Peace Foundation (GPF) Tanzania was invited to the Action Campaign and Dialogue on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) prepared by the Korean Studies Centre (KSC-UDSM) in cooperation with the Korea International Cooperation Agency in Tanzania (KOICA).

The dialogue to implement SDGs was based on strategies to create peace and prosperity through improving the various aspects of life: health, education, climate, sanitation. University students, members of the Center for Foreign Relations, representatives of different government institutions, and other organizations shared their various perspectives that led to insightful dialogue on how to achieve these goals to create a peaceful world.
