"Even though both mom and dad were of a different nationality, we grew learning a lot from their mutual love and respect. Amongst the 5 siblings, I was the 2nd daughter, so I was a younger sister and an older sister at the same time.
Whenever I go back home, we always fight and quickly resolve the fight. But now that we live far apart, we miss each other very much. We don’t even have to say how much we love each other, we can already feel it from one another.
When I was young, I used to go to this park that not a lot of people would go and we would run and play very often. I often visit this park whenever I visit Japan in nostalgia, and enjoy this happy time I would spend together with my siblings, especially my youngest sibling.
Ever since moving to South Korea, there hasn’t been many opportunities for our family to go on a trip together, and it would make me sad every time I thought about my siblings.
The next time I go back to Japan, let’s go to the parks, the mountains, to the rivers, to the hot water baths together"
