Mr. Takeshi Chiyozono, a Japanese drummer, graduated from Senzoku Gakuen College of Music Graduate School as a major in Japanese traditional music. He has performed Japanese drums with other traditional Japanese musical instruments, western musical instruments, and hip-hop dance among other genres. He performed in the Red and White Singing Contest of NHK in 2006 and the Japan Expo in Paris, France in 2013. He encouraged local people in affected areas of the Great East Japan Earthquake through his drum performances since 2011. He innovated a new relaxation method to vitalize the mind and body using the sound of drumming.

He performed at the Global Peace Award Gala at the Marriot Hotel and Global Peace Youth Summit at SM Mall of Asia Arena in the Philippines in 2017 and performed at the Global Peace Award Ceremony at the Lotte Hotel Seoul in South Korea in 2019.
