Dr. Seung-Ho Joo has taught at numerous institutions, including Norwich University, Pennsylvania State University, and Yonsei University in Korea. Dr. Joo is the author of Gorbachev’s Foreign Policy toward the Korean Peninsula, 1985-1991: Reform and Policy and co-editor of six books on North- South Korea relations. He is former President of the Association of Korean Political Studies and Associate Editor of North America, Pacific Focus.
