Dr. Edwin Feulner is the Founder of The Heritage Foundation in Washington, DC, America's prestigious public policy institution, which he led as President for nearly four decades.

He is also Chairman of the Asia Studies Center as well as the distinguished Chung Ju-yung Fellow at Heritage today. He has given essential leadership and policy guidance on conservative principles and values of freedom to leaders in US and across the world. He has also led numerous commissions and distinguished boards, and served as Chairman of the US Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy. 

Dr. Feulner was awarded the Gwanghwa Medal, Order of Diplomatic Service by the President and National Assembly of Korea, and the Presidential Citizen Award of the United States under President Ronald Reagan. 

He is the author of eight books: The American Spirit (2012), Getting American Right (2006), Leadership for America (2000), Intellectual Pilgrims (1999), The March of Freedom (1998), Conservatives Stalk the House (1983), Looking Back (1981) and Trading with the Communists (1968). 

He was the editor of US-Japan Mutual Society: The Next Twenty Years, China-The Turning Point, and a contributor of Korea World Today (1976) among other books and numerous journals, reviews and magazines.
