Hon. Leonardo Guzman was director of “El Día” and “Últimas Noticias” Newspapers in Montevideo, Uruguay. He also worked in the Ministry of Education and Culture of Uruguay from 2002-2004. He has a Doctorate in Law and Social Sciences with specialization in Jurisprudence and the Philosophy of Law.
