Linabelle Ruth Villarica is now on her third term as Congresswoman representing the 4th District of Bulacan. Currently she chairs the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, is on her second term as President of the Central Luzon Bloc, and stepped up from Vice-President to President of the Association of Women Legislators Foundation. Among the major programs she facilitated with national government agencies for her Congressional District include the construction of the PhP 1.5 Billion Flood Control & Drainage Improvement Project for Obando, Meycauayan and Marilao; the widening of Meycauayan City’s major road artery; and the construction of various classrooms, multi-purpose halls, health and day care centers as well as roads in Marilao, Meycauayan City, Sta. Maria, and Obando.
