Mr. Anthony B. Kim researches international economic issues at the Heritage Foundation, with a focus on economic freedom and free trade. As senior policy analyst for economic freedom, Kim has primary responsibil- ity for coordinating research and production for the annual Index of Economic Freedom. Kim is co-editor of the Index, which Heritage publishes in partnership with The Wall Street Journal. His opinion pieces have been published by The Wall Street Journal’s Asia edition, The New York Post, The Washington Times, and others.
