Mr. Dionisio Coronel is currently an Advisor to the President of the Central Bank of Paraguay, university professor and business consultant. He was also a Regular Member of the Board of the Central Bank of Paraguay (1993- 1999). He is a Founding Member of the Instituto de Desarrollo del Pensamiento Patria Soñada (IDPPS).
