Mr. Ilho Chung is working in the Global Development Partnership Center of the Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements (KRIHS). Dr. Chung was previously the director of the Infrastructure Research Division of KRIHS from 2012 to 2013 and later as director of the Planning and Management Division. He majored in Transport Planning and received his doctorate in Engineering from the Institute forTransport Studies at the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom in 2002.
