Mr. Siwatom is the Chief Talent Officer at Standard Media Group Plc. He has over 20 years of work experience spanning executive and key roles including Director, Salaries, and Remuneration at the Salaries and Remuneration Commission and Senior Human Resource roles including Head Of HR at Transnational bank, Senior Manager HR at Diamond Trust Bank, Head of HR at KBC and HR Manager at KCB Group Plc. Nicholas holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Maseno University and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Nairobi. He has attended various training programs both in Kenya and internationally. He is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management.  Nicholas Volunteers his time and expertise to community activities as a Director of I_Rep Foundation and Nick Foundation, both organizations are Community Based and deal with issues of FGM and youth empowerment in West Pokot County.
