Ms. Aida Torres de Romero is a professor of primary education in reading and history with a specialization in secondary education. She also holds a Master’s in education sciences. Currently, she is a member of the National Council of Education and Culture, a member of the bi-lingual commission of the Ministry of Education and Culture and head consultant of education. She is a professor of post-graduate public and private universities.
