Ms. Alda Cardozo is a lawyer who serves as director of a human rights organization that monitors and supports rights of disadvantaged and underrepresented individuals. She is also an instructor for the center of penitentiary in the Ministry of Justice. Ms. Cardozo has also worked as a coordinator for a network of HIV NGOs in Paraguay for the Children’s Ministry and International Ministry.
