Ms. Ana Maria Baiardi is the Minister of Women in the cabinet of President Horacio Cartes in Paraguay. She was previously the Paraguayan Ambassador to Italy, Israel, Greece and Slovenia. She studied Systems Analysis at the Catholic University of Our Lady of Asunción, later specializing in social sciences at Long Island University in New York. She holds a Masters Degree in International Integration from the University of Perugia, Italy.
