Ms. Jennifer Swain is the STOP CSEC (Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children) Program Manager of youthSpark (formally known as the Juvenile Justice Fund). In this position, she leads the program’s current efforts to stop the demand for prostituted children and to prevent youth deemed “high risk” from becoming sex trafficking victims. She is a Member of the Governor’s Office for Children & Families CSEC Task Force and serves on the Protection and Demand sub-committees.
