Ms. Julia Maciel is a diplomat, serving in the Permanent Mission of Paraguay to the United Nations, in New York, a member of the UN’s General Assembly working on issues relating to Women and Youth. A frequent lecturer on public policy of Paraguay in international universities, she also coordinates the Youth Exchange Program for the Rotary Club and an Orthopedic Bank Project, and numerous international humanitarian agencies.
