Maria Elaine Perez De Velez is the CEO and Co-Founder of FrontLearners, an e-learning content and solution provider to boost student competency and to increase school enrollment. Elaine De Velez served as Senior Director of Johnson & Johnson Asia Pacific Singapore and received CAS Distinguished Alumni Award from University of the Philippines Los Banos. Elaine De Velez is 7th Place in Chemistry Board, 1986 and holds a BS Chemistry from University of the Philippines, Los Banos in 1985. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Adelaide in 2008.
