Ms. Norma Barrios is is part of the Junior Achievement program and belongs to Fundación Paraguaya. She joined Fundación Paraguaya in 2002 to coordinate the department of entrepreneurship education and the Junior Achievement program. She is now also in charge of the coordination with international organizations like USAID, the European Union, among others. Previously, she was the Administrative Director of Asunción Municipality and its Technical Coordinator in the Organizational Development Area.
