Stephanie V. Orlino is the Education Program Head of Smart  Communications, Inc. For the past 17 years, Stephanie has devoted her time in community development work.  The last twelve years has been spent leading Smart’s engagement initiatives in the field of education. Her projects include the longest-running industry-academe linkage program, recognized by Fortune as one of 50 such initiatives all over the world; a nationwide broadbanding initiative for basic education; the country’s first mobile application for Filipino children aligned with the curriculum; and the country’s first school-to-market start-up Program with technology-based applications.
