Ms . Pamela C. de Guzman is national treasurer of Inner Wheel of the Philippines Foundation. She earned her degree of Bachelor of Arts, Major in Political Science in University of Baguio and is now working with the biggest universal bank, Metrobank. She was recipient of an Outstanding Manager Award wherein she was the First to attain the Billionaires Circle in her area. Ms. Guzman served as President of the Inner Wheel Club of Marikina from 2013-2015 for a two-year term. She is married to a Marikenian, Efren O. de Guzman.
