Pia Arcangel is an award winning television newscaster and journalist in the Philippines. She started as a sportscaster at the University Athletic Association of the Philippines.  In 2003, she became one of the hosts of the morning show Unang Hirit of GMA Network.  Pia also hosted the popular children’s show Art Angel where she along with his co-hosts won the PMPC Star Awards for Television for three years in a row. Ms. Arcangel later co-anchored Balitanghali and is currently co-anchor of 24 Oras Weekend and Saksi.
