The virtual forum series by Global Peace Foundation will convene prominent scholars, policymakers, journalists, and civil society leaders from Korea and the global community to examine the new circumstances, identify new opportunities and develop a more specific roadmap for a free and unified Korea.
The International Forum on One Korea will be held on the peninsula-wide recognized National Liberation Day on August 15, 2020.
With over 2,000 people registered for the event from more than 80 nations, the forum welcomes the world to participate in the live stream and the important issues surrounding the peninsula which will have implications for peace and security in the region and around the globe.

After the reaction of North Korea towards South Korea as it exploded the Unification Complex which is served as the venue for the meeting of their state leaders in previous months, a ray of hope seems to sign in the virtual discussions organized by universal peace foundation.
Top officials of South Korea, China, USA and other countries for a conference, entitled Realignment and Opportunities for a Peaceful Reunification of North and South Korea, in the midst of Global Crisis are coming to virtual discussion. Beside of challenging situation, Dr. Hyun Jin Preston Moon, founder of the Global Peace Foundation and as its chairman is convening the program.
Speakers of program are, Dr. Edwin Feulner (Founder of Heritage Foundation in Washington, DC, America’s prestigious public policy institution and also Chairman of the Asia Studies Center), Ambassador Dr. Ho-Young Ahn (President of the University of North Korean Studies and Former Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to the United States), Dr. Hulyao Wang (Founder and President of Center for China and Globalization), Dr. William J. Parker III (US National Security Consultant and author focusing on Russia, China, Iran, and North Korea, Weapons of Mass Destruction and maritime issues).
