Peace Begins in the Home Campaign

Project Details

“Peace Begins in the Home” is a women-led campaign initiated by Global Peace Women (GPW) that promotes awareness of each family member’s value and responsibility to foster a culture of peace in the home environment.

Women have distinct physiological and intuitive qualities that are different but complementary to those of men. These aspects of femininity should be proudly cherished and respected, equally valued as those qualities of men that protect a healthy family. Both men and women are essential in the goal of creating families with future generations that respect themselves and others as people born with the same innate value to contribute to our community, whether it is in the family, community, nation or world.
