FULL TRANSCRIPT:

Dr. and Mrs. Moon, all protocols observed, ladies and gentlemen,
I will limit my conversation about education and character change. We, in education, for many years have addressed education as one-pronged chair and we are now looking at it as a three-pronged chair: the chair that talks about the competence, the one that talks about character and creativity. We have realized that when we educate, in fact we all know that education is a very essential attribute that we must get to get anywhere in the world. But then, when we educate individuals, bright people, it is like giving a criminal a very sharp knife.

And therefore, we must simultaneously educate individuals, giving them character to use the education effectively to bring peace and harmony in the world. Somebody who has character has a peace of mind and it is true this peace of mind that we are innovative and find new ways of solving societal problems. We have spent those three days with the educators all around the world.

They have realized that we hammer education to our people that they regarded it when they leave the classroom, they don’t know how to deal with the challenges that face them every day. Indeed, we expect we need to know that every time we educate, it is obsolete and therefore we must continue changing our ways of living, we must give people tools that will give them opportunities to survive and to bring peace in families and in themselves, to love themselves and to love other people.
