The International Young Leaders Assembly (IYLA) is a practicum on leadership that addresses the global challenges of the twenty-first century. Emphasizing the importance of vision, service, and entrepreneurship as the foundation for effective leadership, the IYLA will host university student leaders and young professionals from around the world for interactive programs at the United Nations in New York, the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia, and the U.S. Capitol and World Bank in Washington, DC. Participants will learn important leadership skills and collaborate on strategies for sustainable peace and development.
